We encourage you to refer candidates to this role.   Position Title: Credit Administration Officer   Job Summary:  Supervises Credit Committee Approval function which includes the following: - Ensure proper implementation of the Credit Approval process - Manage and review account monitoring reports such as credit proposals' action item, account milestone trackers, productivity metrics, account progress and write-off reports, account report requiring Board decision.   Specific Duties & Responsibilities:   Management of compliance and regulatory requirements Maintain credit administrative files Coordinate with Credit Evaluation teams and Relationship Managers  Review Credit Group's monthly expenses by acting as a control to all office requirements and IT/Non-IT item requests made by Credit Operations Team. Manage HR-related requirements for Credit Group such as employee onboarding/offboarding, Credit Group-managed training programs, Credit Group's participation and compliance to institutional training programs, updating of organizational chart and maintenance of employee database. Provide support to Credit Operations and Admin Head in preparing materials needed for Townhall and Senior Management Committee meetings, and Credit Conference. Other admin-related tasks such as maintenance of asset inventory, gate pass and work permit requests.   Qualifications:   1-3 years working experience in credit or admin related function Proficiency in MS Office applications especially with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good team player Proactive and can work independently   Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer Unit: Credit Group / Credit Operations, Strategy and Support / Credit Operations and Administration / Credit AdministrationLocation: The Shops, BGC
