POSITION: CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Concord, On
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $50,000 annually + Profit Sharing (after 1 year)
We are currently seeking a Credit Administrator for our clients in the Concord, On area. In this role, you will help manage and protect the financial health of our business by maintaining customer relationships, securing payments, and ensuring risk management practices are followed.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where communication, organization, and initiative are key.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrollment in or completion of a CCP program, or background in accounting or a related field.
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), credit practices, and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) – must be confident speaking with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment and healthy DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Proactively contact clients regarding overdue invoices and provide effective solutions to resolve payment issues.
  • Research and process new customer credit applications and credit limit reviews.
  • Reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and monitor payment trends.
  • Process virtual customer payments.
  • Ensure lien rights are protected through project monitoring.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Branch Network to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each account.
  • Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel) for daily operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
