Description
Overview The Credit Administrator will perform credit and collection activities as they relate to specific customers. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform credit checks on new customers. Perform credit reviews on existing customers as required. Review orders that have failed credit and take appropriate action so that the order can be released for shipment. Collect past due receivables. Prepare and submit adjustments to the Accounts Receivable. Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required. Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates’ degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Two or more years related experience required. Must have effective communication skills. Prior experience updating credit files preferred. Collections experience strongly preferred. Financial analysis skills a plus. Must have effective time management skills and the ability to set priorities. The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
