Description Fully support the bank’s commercial & commercial real estate credit and lending areas by performing the following. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a complete financial analysis and investigation on both corporate & personal borrowers and guarantors for the evaluation of credit risks & viability associated with all types of new commercial loan requests over $100,000. This process involves many tasks including, but not limited to: pulling credit reports, corporate and UCC searches, verifying tax returns and bank / trade references, analyzing and spreading financial statements, peer & industry comparisons, research activities, reviewing project budgets and leases, preparation of business, project and personal cash flows, customer and on-site visits, establish loan & financial covenants, loan structuring, assignment of proper loan risk rates, and identifying loan & documentation policy exceptions. Assist in maintaining the bank’s loan portfolio up to date by tracking maturity dates, concentration issues and completing timely annual reviews & renewals on existing credits or processing loan extension requests. Perform formal reviews of collateral appraisals (real estate, equipment) and environmental assessments. Assist in proper credit file maintenance by obtaining up to date documentation. Assist other relationship managers / lending personnel manage their own portfolios and workload. Preparation of credit offering sheets and memos for presentation of loan and related requests to the bank’s loan committee for discussion and approval. Performs other duties as assigned. DD- Truth In Savings, Reg. E-Electronic Funds Transfer Act, etc.), as applicable Lending related regulations (i.e. Reg. B- Fair Lending, Reg. C-HMDA, Reg. Z- Truth Lin Lending Act, etc.), as applicable Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Privacy Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive, Acts or Practices (UDAAP) USCB Policies and Procedures: All officers and employees of the bank are to maintain an understanding of all USCB Polices and Procedures as outlined in the bank’s shared drive.
