Your Tasks Responsible for risk assessment on bilateral/ syndicated credit exposures for lines of products as outlined above•    Risk assessment covers economic, industry and corporate level analysis, including spreading of corporate financials and assignment of credit rating to the borrower;•    Prepare credit applications (jointly with the respective Account Manager for new transactions), annual credit reviews and adh-hoc reportings for approval by relevant Credit Authorities, providing an independent assessment and credit vote. Ensure compliance with DZ BANK AG's Credit Risk Strategy, internal and regulatory policies•    Analysis of financial statements (unaudited/audited; interim/annual) upon receipt•    Preparation of bilateral loan documentation for corporates, and confirming proper execution of the documents •    Review bilateral facilities and Facility Agreements for Loan Syndications, ensuring terms and conditions are in conformity with the approved credit application and our risk appetite before submitting to Head of Credit. Liaise with legal counsels and agent banks•    Work-out for distress assets•    Monitoring and reporting the credit status of assets under special monitoring list•    Undertaking ad hoc credit projects and preparation of credit reports as assigned by the management    Your Profile A recognized degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or other relevant degrees 5 to 10 years relevant experience Good Microsoft Office skills Ability to quickly adjust to new system environments Quick-minded High degree of professionalism, flexible and an exceptional team player Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
