Where You’ll Make a Difference Executes assigned portfolio and tasks within the CTC tower, Handle tasks timely and with high quality according to SLA and/or policies Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assists with internal/external audits by providing supporting documentation. Perform external and internal control related activities. Uses existing procedures to carry out specific tasks generating results under the supervision of the direct manager or more experienced peers. Learns and applies policies and practices. Recognizes changes and response to deviations from expected results from routine tasks and escalates appropriately Interacts with co-workers, direct manager and relevant stakeholders to gain understanding about the role and become proficient. Identifies simple process improvement opportunities and Contributes ideas to improve processes What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration or related field. 2 - 5 years’ experience required Strong understanding of credit risk and collection management and practices required Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills Customer service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP ECC) How Would You Stand Out?
