What you do • Buyer's assessment according with define targets • Gathers information on buyers through desk-based research • Performs financial analysis and evaluates performance of the management and strategy without buyer contact • Identifies potential leads • Monitors the risks related to buyers financial performance, trade sector evolution, maintains constant contact with internal clients; apply, grading principles, guidelines and procedures; • Maintain permanent contact with other departments like, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims and Collections • Support the sales department and other business units of Euler Hermes Group • Provides various reports/statistics for senior management • Acts as an advisor and SPOC for the rest of the RBO's • Involved in shadowing and process trainings of the new joiners within the team What you bring Educational requirements • Bachelor and / or Master degree in Economics , Finance Banking or Risk Management specialization Functional knowledge • Extended knowledge in Financial analysis, Risk assessment, Market knowledge • Extended knowledge of banking/financial services sector • Proficient in IT Systems / Software: MS Office; particularly MS Excel (advanced level) • Language: EN advanced level (reading and writing skills) is required Business expertise • 5 years and/or over 5 years experience in insurance / credit insurance / risk / banking - corporate - area • expertise and experience in business assessment Interpersonal skills • very good analytical skills and structured thinking • ability to take grading decisions • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • good communicator • team player, honest, ability to convince others, very good problem solving skills • ability to handle multiple tasks in high volume • ability to work independently and collaborating with co-workers in a team setting • ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • patience and teaching skills • "Looking for candidates who possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
