Description

Assessing Credit Risk: Evaluate the financial health of clients by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and other relevant data. This helps in determining the risk associated with lending money.
Credit Reports: Create and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommending approval or rejection of credit applications. These reports often include an analysis of income, debt levels, and other financial indicators.
Monitoring Existing Credit Accounts: Regularly review and monitor credit accounts to assess whether customers are complying with the terms of their credit agreements. This includes tracking overdue payments and potential financial problems.
Recommending Credit Terms: Based on the analysis, suggest appropriate credit terms, such as interest rates, repayment schedules, and credit limits.
Financial Analysis: Conduct ratio analysis, profitability analysis, and other financial assessments to evaluate the risk level of a borrower.
Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with sales teams, loan officers, or management to understand customer needs, share analysis findings, and support decision-making.
Risk Mitigation: Propose strategies for mitigating financial risk, such as requiring collateral or setting credit limits based on an individual’s or business’s financial profile.
