Your future role

As a Credit Analyst (m/f/d) in Consumer Finance, you are our customer-facing role: You build sustainable customer relationships, understand our customers' needs, and ensure that our financial products are used optimally. You are responsible for strengthening our sales while always keeping a close eye on credit risk.

Here's what it's all about:

• You are the contact person for our customers for all questions relating to financing.
• You will work closely with colleagues from customer service, product management and sales, as well as our local operations, to ensure a smooth process leading to a positive customer experience.
• You act as the interface to external sales partners and ensure that their financing customers also experience a perfect user experience.
• You will assist in contract preparation and ensure the quality of all documents and materials sent to our customers.
• To ensure continuous improvement, you will contribute to new guidelines, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• You review and evaluate loan applications and related information and documents from our potential customers.
• You analyze financial data to determine the creditworthiness of our potential customers and ensure that our company policies are followed.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, product management, finance, or a comparable qualification such as a bank clerk.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role, as well as experience in dealing with customers, distinguish you.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the back office of a bank or savings bank.
• You have the talent to communicate complex issues clearly, both in writing and orally.
• You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and can communicate well in English (B1 level).
• You have the ability to contribute successfully in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail round off your profile.
