What to expectYou will become part of our growing international finance setup and assume a key role at the interface between operations, finance, external partners, and our CFO (based in the USA). Your day-to-day operational tasks will be conducted locally in German, while technical coordination within the team and reporting will take place in English. Your focus will be on controlling, cost accounting, KPI reporting, and the structured preparation of data from ERP, finance, and other enterprise systems.You ensure that financial and business data is processed in a reliable, understandable and decision-relevant manner – for management reporting, cost control, auditing and investment decisions.Your tasksTogether with our CFO, you will support the development and expansion of a transparent cost and performance accounting system.You will develop meaningful cost center, cost unit, and profitability analyses.You process data from ERP, finance and other business systems and develop reliable reports, KPIs and management analyses from it (in English).You analyze cost trends, margins, variances, revenue trends and operational financial figures
