Job Description

PROFILE (SKILLS):

• Strong academic record with background in finance, economics, accounting or math preferred
• Fluency in English are essential, Chinese and other languages will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of business processes and industry-specific knowledge

PROFILE (EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance
• 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role, some knowledge of leverage and structured finance (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Analyst)
• Track record of delivering insights that drive business decisions
• Experience working in syndicated loan, leverage and project finance
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with data collection, cleaning, and manipulation
• Understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Credit Analyst, of Corporate Banking Department, as a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Head of Syndication and Structured Finance. RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

• Credit Analysis and Industry/Sector Analysis Report
• Annual Reviews and Post Lending Report
• Internal rating and risk classification
• System input for new projects and on-going updates
• Manage and monitor Waivers & Amendments
• Manage and track the Loan Repayment
• Audit preparation
• Group management, DAC 6
• Manage internal requests for information from compliance, audit or any request sent by Middle Office team
• Support on KYC/AML on-boarding
