Key responsibilities:

• Providing insolvency expertise to support product development, testing and future enhancements.
• Guiding clients through onboarding, implementation and adoption of the platform.
• Translating legislative and compliance requirements into practical software solutions.
• Gathering user feedback and industry insights to influence future product direction.
• Delivering training, workshops and best-practice guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on complex workflow, compliance and industry-related matters.

If you're someone who can bring:

• A strong background within insolvency, restructuring or a registered liquidator environment.
• Deep understanding of insolvency legislation, compliance requirements and practitioner workflows.
• Experience using insolvency software and related technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in training, implementation, onboarding, consulting or client-facing environments (preferred) 
• A continuous improvement mindset and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
