We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Charles, Missouri. This role involves assessing credit data and financial statements to determine the risk level associated with extending credit to individuals or organizations. The position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and expertise in evaluating financial information and providing actionable recommendations.

• Analyze credit data and financial records to assess the risk level of extending credit to individuals or businesses.
• Compare liquidity, profitability, and creditworthiness among businesses to support decision-making.
• Utilize financial software to compute ratios and evaluate customers’ financial standing.
• Review credit applications, compile relevant information, and produce detailed reports outlining risk assessments.
• Recommend credit approvals or denials based on comprehensive analysis and findings.
• Establish repayment terms for customers by considering their earnings, payment history, and purchasing patterns.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by reviewing transactions and consulting with relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while processing credit applications and setting credit limits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit evaluation processes and optimize outcomes.
• Proven experience with tools such as 3M, CRM systems, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Familiarity with data processing software, including IBM AS/400.
• Strong knowledge of credit application procedures and collection processes.
• Expertise in generating and interpreting credit reports and financial ratios.
• Ability to recommend credit limits and repayment terms based on detailed analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer disputes and verify transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking for accurate credit risk evaluations.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
