About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Credit Analyst to join Engine Capital and play a critical role in supporting credit execution and customer service delivery. In this role, you will help the business achieve its goal of originating $80M in CY26, while maintaining end-to-end turnaround times under 45 days and delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will operate with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail, proactively escalating risks and contributing to continuous process improvements. We are looking for an A-Player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Credit Execution Draft credit approvals, valuation instructions, loan document instructions, and credit papers on the same day for requests received before 4 PM Conduct all required credit due diligence searches (credit, Google, RP Data) Escalate adverse findings within the same day Support pre-settlement call overflow when needed Contribute to process improvements to reduce turnaround times Success Metrics: ≥95% of credit tasks completed within SLA 24-hour approval turnaround (where applicable) End-to-end processing time ≤45 days High-quality work and sound escalation judgment Strong team feedback and A-Player performance 2. Post-Settlement Control Complete post-settlement checklist tasks within 5 business days Ensure loan files are accurate, complete, and well-documented Escalate discrepancies promptly Success Metrics: Zero losses from post-settlement errors
