2–6 YEARS OF CREDIT, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency (SAP preferred)
  • Reliability and eagerness to learn and grow

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collect receivables in assigned area or region
  • Maintain SAP accounts and update customer master data
  • Review and release blocked sales documents
  • Communicate regularly with customers, banks, trade references, and internal teams
  • Download and review credit reports for new and existing customers
  • Maintain organized credit files (electronic & paper)
  • Assist with sales tax audits and credit limit reviews (with some authority under $5,000)
  • Represent the credit department in a positive, solution-focused manner
