• Obtaining, reviewing and evaluating loan collateral, as well as processing extensions and changes to terms and conditions.
• Preparation and management of repayment agreements, including necessary collateral adjustments and account statements.
• Performing defined control actions as well as independent correspondence and coordination with customers, internal departments and consortium partners.
• Ensuring high-quality loan processing with a special focus on comprehensible analyses and sound credit decisions.
