YOUR MISSIONS

I am looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst.

Reporting to the Credit Department Manager, your duties will include:

  • Performing the complete credit cycle, including analyzing applications, determining and reviewing credit limits, collecting balances, and requesting guarantees.
  • Managing account credit, including construction project accounts.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts and applying the necessary measures.
  • Reviewing and releasing orders that have been put on hold for credit reasons.
  • Maintaining close and professional relationships with internal and external customers, including negotiating and resolving disputes.
  • Managing multiple branches and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet operational needs.
  • Other related duties.

YOUR PROFILE

What we are looking for:

  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in credit and collections
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to manage a large client portfolio
  • Analytical mind, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
