Performs complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions. Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives. Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain. Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making. Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth. Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies. Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgement in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently. Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance. Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
