QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit and collections, AR, or financial operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/accounting software experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving ability and professionalism in handling disputes
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong client relationships. You’ll manage account receivables, resolve discrepancies, and support cross-functional teams to ensure account accuracy and timely collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Set up and manage payment arrangements with customers
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and short payments
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams on account issues
  • Process payments, credits, and account adjustments
  • Assist with credit applications and support order processing
  • Respond to billing and account status inquiries from customers
