An established consumer lending fintech business is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Credit and Risk Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organisation’s credit risk framework, credit operations, and portfolio performance across the lending lifecycle.

This role combines credit strategy, underwriting oversight, portfolio risk management, fraud monitoring, collections performance management, merchant risk oversight, compliance monitoring, and risk governance responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting sustainable business growth while ensuring lending decisions remain aligned with responsible lending obligations, regulatory requirements, and the organisation’s risk appetite.
