Krea was founded with the ambition to build the largest procurement platform in Northern Europe. Since our start in 2018 we have supported 25 000 small businesses to access ~SEK 2.5BN in financing. Krea is a founder-led company, backed by Roosgruppen and ExM Invest and a handful of angel investors. We are now seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented credit associate as part of our Advisory team that is supporting our larger business customers with a focus on working capital & real estate financing from 2 - 100 million crowns. More about the role You will be driving growth for Krea by identifying, assessing and preparing new credit cases for lenders we are collaborating with. The Advisory team at Krea consists today of 3 advisors and has seen significant growth in 2025 - you will be required to work hard and be hands-on in a small team with the upside of having high ownership over your work. Role description: Deal sourcing: Identify and assess new credit cases and hold initial meetings with customers to inquire about their financing needs Analyse: Prepare presentation on behalf of customers and if required liquidity forecasts (in Excel) Execution: Help customers to find the right financing solution for their business, by supporting them along the entire process from application to paid out. Requirements: Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Masters degree is a plus) preferably in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics or Engineering. Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in business banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a similar financial role Analytical mindset: You should be able to quickly understand a company's P&L and identify if a business has a good or bad repayment capacity Relationship builder: You should be able to establish yourself as a trusted advisor of our customers either by phone or predominantly in digital meetings Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets Proficient in Swedish and English Mindset is more important than what you have done previously - you should be able to show that you have the drive and persistence required to build a company What we offer in this role: Office in central Stockholm (Valhallavägen, close to KTH) Vacation: 30 days / year Healthcare allowance of 5 000 SEK Pension benefit Individuals in this role will receive a combination of salary and options (“kvalificerande personaloptioner”) We will be interviewing individuals continuously for this role and looking forward to receiving your online application.
