Description

Krea was founded in 2018 with the ambition to become the largest procurement platform in Northern Europe. Since our inception, we have supported 25,000 small businesses in accessing approximately SEK 2.5 billion in financing. Krea is a founder-led company backed by Roosgruppen, ExM Invest, and a group of angel investors.
We are now seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented Credit Associate to join our Advisory team, which supports our larger business customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus) preferably in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics or Engineering
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience e.g. in Corporate Finance, Banking, Venture Capital or Consulting
  • Analytical mindset: You should be able to quickly understand a company’s P&L and identify if a business has a good or bad repayment capacity
  • Relationship builder: You should be able to establish yourself as a trusted advisor of our customers either by phone or predominantly in digital meetings
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Oral and written proficiency in Swedish
Mindset is more important than what you have done previously - you should be able to show that you have the drive and persistence required to build a company
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Credit Associate, you will drive growth for Krea by identifying, assessing, and preparing new credit cases for the lenders we collaborate with. Our Advisory team is relatively new, which requires that you have a hands-on approach, but comes with the upside of having high ownership over your work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal sourcing: Identify and assess new credit cases and hold initial meetings with customers to inquire about their financing needs
  • Analyse: Prepare liquidity forecasts in Excel on behalf of larger customers
  • Execution: Help customers to find the right financing solution for their business, by supporting them along the entire process from application to paid out
  • Relationship management: Build a base of recurring customers

WHAT WE OFFER IN THIS ROLE:

  • Office in central Stockholm (Valhallavägen, close to KTH)
  • Vacation: 30 days / year
  • Healthcare allowance of 5 000 SEK
  • Pension benefit
  • Individuals in this role will receive a combination of salary and options (“kvalificerande personaloptioner”)
We will be interviewing individuals continuously for this role and looking forward to receiving your online application
