This position is led global/local project, business improvement plans and solve system issue for Credit operation as a business analyst. Lead and support the implementation of local, regional, and global initiatives impacting ICC organization. Partner closely with operational leaders, GBI, strategy team and CFR to execute project implementation. Proactively anticipate project risks and ensuring adequate escalation and mitigation is put in place to safeguard delivery. Build structured plans and support change initiatives. Build a comprehensive understanding of Credit working practices, challenges. Ensure compliance & control embedded in all activities through coordination with GCO, Compliance and other regulatory teams. Analyze data to identify risks, make informed decisions for projects. Qualifications Experienced in meeting tight timelines, effectively managing multiple priorities. Exceptional process mapping and analytical ability, with the ability to leverage analysis to define plans and identify risks and/or opportunity areas. Strong communication skills both written and oral both Japanese and English. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Actively listens and incorporates input from others Create a positive team environment with communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Global servicing especially Credit servicing experience preferred.
