We are actively seeking talented professionals with a demonstrated background in credit limit increase programs for credit cards to help set up a best-in-class function. THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OUR WASHINGTON D.C., NEW YORK CITY, NY, OR MENLO PARK, CA OFFICE, WITH IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE EXPECTED AT LEAST 3 DAYS PER WEEK.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage data, technology and customer-back thinking to design initiatives that help us deliver solutions for increasing customers credit limit over time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners from product,operations and engineering to launch new experiences that meet customers credit needs
  • Be entrepreneurial and seek information/data to solve complex problems
  • Take full ownership of Credit Limit Increase Program to drive the financial and customer outcomes in inherently complex environments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, tailoring content to the audience and ensuring alignment across functions

IN ADDITION TO THE BASE PAY RANGE LISTED BELOW, THIS ROLE IS ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS OPPORTUNITIES + EQUITY + BENEFITS.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
