JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves operating high-speed, high-volume printers and related equipment, including mail inserters and CD-ROM processing systems, to meet deadlines and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing pre/post-print processing hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Handling specialized office and computer equipment.
  • Performing repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Physical demands: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending.
  • Exposure to paper dust and toner particles.

1st Shift Schedule/ Monday-Friday 7-330pm.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience in the operation of basic office and computer peripheral equipment
  • Physical ability to operate machines (possesses manual dexterity, ability to key repetitively using both hands and arms, and possesses the capability to work under the given conditions)

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of operations, including office equipment and machines
  • Demonstrated clerical, reading, writing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated key entry skills
