Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed assigned targets while providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in banking or financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell credit card products to individuals through direct sales activities (e.g., outdoor marketing, in-store promotions, events, etc.)
  • Identify potential customers and present credit card features, benefits, and offers.
  • Guide customers through the application process and ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and product knowledge.
