JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Relationship Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in credit card or financial product sales (Banking, Tele sales & Any sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of banking products, especially credit cards.
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
