Job Description Credit Collection Officer You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of l administrative duties to support Finance Department! Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Collect and analyze relevant and accurate information about a challenge, accept every change as a learning curve and find a solution to overcome every challenge. Handle all queries from internal & external customers. Should have thorough knowledge about Hotel Credit Policy. Accounts Receivable Supervisor must educate concerned departments about Hotel Credit Policy. Thoroughly review Credit Applications and recommend approval or rejection of Credit Facility. Maintain the list of Approved Credit along with Credit Limits in the public directory. Maintain up to date filing of all approved and rejected Credit Applications. To Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest’s feel welcome during their stay Strong leadership & interpersonal skills Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have a genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members.
