What the day will look like Send statement of account (SOA) to overseas reinsurers once receive the premium from cedants (every other day) Respond to emails/ queries from the reinsurers or escalate them to Account Executive (account handler) Pay premium to overseas reinsurers as soon as receive confirmation from them Issue tax invoice for every premium transaction with brokerage fee and other fee Inform rate of exchange to reinsurers once remit the payment/ send bank advice to them (if required) Monitor refund premium, claim (offset with premium) or fee if the reinsurer transfers to us without offsetting Send engineering/ service fee invoice to the reinsurer for collecting fee Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship or part-time experience in finance/credit control is a plus) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders Good organizational and time management skills Proactive, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Good command of English (both written and spoken); Thai fluency is required How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
