We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Credit Control Administrative to support our finance department. Unlike a traditional Credit Controller, this role is purely administrative. You will act as the vital link between our customers, the Credit Control team, and the AR department, ensuring that all communications and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently within our systems. In this role you will be responsible for: Email & System Coordination: Manage the Centralized Credit Control email inbox daily. Ensure all incoming correspondence is sorted and uploaded to the Credit Next system or routed to the correct department for action. Post-Service Documentation: Systematically compile all service-related documents and job sheets received after service completion to ensure the billing trail is complete. Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately key in data from service documents into the internal system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free. CEWT Validation: Follow up with Credit Controllers regarding CEWT certificates. Perform thorough validation checks before passing them to the AR team for journal processing in Business Central (BC). Workflow Monitoring: Monitor the Credit Next system to ensure that customer queries are being actioned and reverted by the relevant Credit Controllers in a timely manner. General Support: Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by your superior to ensure departmental KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in an administrative or data-entry role (experience within a Credit Control or AR environment is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status. Highly Desirable: Multitask and manage high volumes of digital documentation. Build rapport with internal stakeholders across different departments. Converse in local dialects (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an added advantage for coordinating with various stakeholders.
