MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation, and service of the following products: Timber Doors, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire Door Inspections, Access Control and more. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Credit Control Admin Assistant to join our dynamic finance team based in Belfast. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the credit control function of a busy construction business, ensuring the timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the credit control team.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Previous Experience in Credit Control or Finance Administration is desirable
  • Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day credit control process
  • Process and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts
  • Prepare and issue monthly statements
  • Scanning and sending POD’s
  • Support Credit Control manager and wider Finance Team with ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with new customer credit checks and setting up accounts
  • Any other adhoc duties as deemed by your Manager
