Looking for a hands-on role with a leading company in intelligent transport solutions? KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in monitoring outstanding debts and following up with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Maintain and update customer account records accurately in the finance system.
  • Process incoming payments and allocate them to the correct accounts.
  • Support the preparation of aged debt reports and other financial summaries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice queries and disputes.
  • Assist with credit checks and the setup of new customer accounts.
  • Prepare and send monthly statements and reminders to clients.
  • File and archive documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the credit control team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • A valid driving license- no more than 6 points (if applicable to your role)
  • Able to use technology (laptop / tablet / mobile phone)
  • Happy to travel on a regional / national basis as required (if applicable to your role)
