Job Summary
We are looking for a new Credit Control Assistant employee to be based either in Kendal or Blackburn.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage customer relationships
  • Reconcile customer accounts/contracts
  • Investigate late payment issues
  • Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
  • Work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
  • Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
