As a Credit Control Supervisor, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Follow end-to-end credit control processes
• Creating payment plans for clients
• Maintain and update clients’ accounts with BACS statements, remittance advice and credit card receipts
• Issue statements to customers and internal departments
• Complete credit searches on new credit applications received
• Provide invoices and reports for the sales department and clients
• Issue month-end invoicing
