Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the credit control process, proactively managing overdue accounts and driving timely payments.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, resolving queries and securing payment in a positive, compliant manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and streamline workload across the credit control function.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions, ensuring systems are updated and reports are accurate.
  • Support the development of credit control reporting and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and automation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience in credit control or debt collection, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience managing a team is vital
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment where adaptability is key.
  • Skilled in using Excel and reporting tools to track KPIs, aged debt, and drive smarter collections strategies.
