• Responsible for the full credit cycle of your own accounts
• Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Managing and escalating overdue debts
• Resolving disputes and ensuring timely payments
• Ensuring compliance with policies and month-end processes
• New account setup, including credit checks and applications
• Reviewing and advising on bad debts
