REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in credit control or similar administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of credit insurance processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Administer credit applications and ensure accurate updating of back-office systems with correct customer and company details.
  • Assist in cash allocation processes as required.
  • Manage billing for sales orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and minimize unallocated cash.
  • Input invoices into customer portals efficiently.
  • Maintain the cash tracker and update banking files regularly.
  • Support maintenance of the Credit Insurance Portal to ensure accurate credit information is linked to customer entities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
