Description:
Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient’s home supporting multiple therapies:
- Home Oxygen
- Nebulisers
- Ventilations
- Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
Responsibilities:
- High level organisation
- Monitoring of bad debt list
- Actively pursue outstanding invoices for payment
- Raise credit notes and supplementary invoices as and when required
- Daily Collection Calls and emails
- Monthly invoice run sending statements and daily receipts via post and email
- Raising and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Strong and accurate data entry & typing
- Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a polite and courteous telephone manner.
