Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances.
Contact customers by phone and email to arrange payments and resolve account issues.
Prepare and send statements of accounts, invoices, and payment reminders.
