SUMMARY

We are currently looking for an experienced credit controller. Your day to day tasks will involve chasing customers for payments, entering customer receipts from multiple sources, checking exposure of orders being despatched daily, customer account reconciliations. You will be working with a small, close knit team of account professionals.

• Posting and Allocating customer receipts promptly and accurately
• Managing Financial Risk through regular review of customer credit limits
• Collecting payments promptly and proactively to bring both overdue and due balances within the financial period
• Communicating and building relationships with customers to avoid disputes and resolve issues to the benefit of both parties
• Sending customer statements, reminder letters and copy documents
• Supporting Sales office informing them in advance of account disputes that may effect customer orders
• Regularly report on your ledgers to the Financial Controller
• Responding to customer queries via phone and email
• Administrative tasks as needed
