Location: Ely, Cambridge
Type: Temporary Contract
Hours: Ideally full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £13 – £15 per hour

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in Credit Control is essential
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses
• Liaise with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to address account discrepancies
• Support the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks as required
