JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven Credit Controller to manage the full credit cycle, from risk assessment to collections, while playing a strategic role in customer-level profitability analysis. This role requires a strong grasp of data analytics, ERP systems, and business data management to drive informed decisions, manage customer value chains and RP updates, and ensure high-quality credit control operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business. CMA/CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit control, preferably within FMCG/distribution in the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP SD/FICO preferred, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups)
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BDA tools is highly desirable.
• Experience preparing customer-wise profitability analysis (P&L)
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and analytical mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, and IT teams
• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Driving License: UAE license preferred for field visits
