Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly acquisitive and progressive business based in Avonmouth to recruit a Credit Controller to report into the Credit Control Manager.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for monitoring credit limits, chasing outstanding debts, and resolving payment issues in a professional and efficient manner.

As a Credit Controller, your role will include but not limited to:

• Follow end to end credit control processes
• Maintain and update clients’ accounts with BACS statements, remittance advice and credit card receipts
• Issue statements to customers and internal departments
• Update cashbook and post to the system on a daily basis for UK & US payments
• Complete credit searches on new credit applications received
• Provide invoices and reports for the sales department and clients
• Issue month end invoicing
