WHAT WILL THE CREDIT CONTROL ROLE INVOLVE?

• Reconciling credit customer accounts daily to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring and controlling credit limits.
• Recovering overpayments promptly to minimize financial risks.
• Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address billing issues.
• Leading initiatives to review and address aged debtor accounts.
