HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled.
• Track incoming payments to ensure they align with agreed payment terms, promptly identifying and addressing any overdue accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service—to resolve outstanding payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform thorough credit checks on prospective customers to evaluate their financial reliability and determine appropriate credit limits.
• Accurately allocate incoming payments to the correct invoices, ensuring timely and precise account reconciliation.
