With a team bringing over 20 years of industry experience, Aster delivers enhanced operational capability, efficiency, and value to its clients ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE – CREDIT CONTROLLER Job Description * Support in monitoring customer balances and follow-up on outstanding payments. * Assist in maintaining accurate receipting and credit note processing. * Help prepare basic AR reports and updates. * Coordinate with internal teams on payment follow-ups and queries. * Maintain proper documentation and records. * Support customer communication for collections and issue resolution. Qualifications * GCE O/L & A/L (Part qualification in Credit Management is an added advantage). * Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a "C" grade in Mathematics. * 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred. * Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus). * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP). * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
