Description

Credit Controller – (Salary Grade – Executive) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely debt recoveries. Maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare accurate and timely recovery-related reports to support management decision-making. Handle documentation related to legal and police cases, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping. CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum of 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination. Minimum 01 to 02 years of related experience. Any related degree or professional qualification in credit management will be an added advantage. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala. Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages. Basic knowledge in AI and related digital tools.
