Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively Key Responsibilities: * Processing Credit card payment requests * Set up any auto pay collections each month * Support correct and timely allocation of cash * Act as principle office contact for collections queries * Account creation in the system * Credit management activities * Support team to resolve issues that delay customer payments * System admin of customer accounts * Updates to Account details * Portal password resets * Routine maintenance * Reconciliation and management of allocated accounts * Ad hoc duties as required by Head of credit control Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Essential * At least 2 years’ experience within a fast-paced credit control position * Numerate * Strong verbal skills and a calm demeanour * Excellent IT skills including Excel * Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels both internally and externally * Ability to work well within challenging environments Desirable * Ability to demonstrate problem solving * Higher education with math or accountancy Company Info You may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name – Klipboard.
