Working in our Head office based in Leeds, The Lanes Group needs an experienced Credit Controller to join our Credit Control Department.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
• Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £27000 dependent on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES – BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Chasing cash by phone/email
• Credit Limit
• Dunning letters
• Debt meetings with manager and depots
• Building internal relationships and external relationships with customers
• Reviewing on stop accounts
• Escalating queries for resolvement with the depots
• Team project work

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

• We are looking for someone who can prioritise their time efficiently, self motivated and confident to handle challenges
• IT efficient
• Data Inputting Skills
