Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes
  • Prepare and update stop service lists and related data
  • Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets
  • Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimize financial risk
